Hyaluronic acid powder for wrinkles and joints

The hyaluronic acid powder has effects and properties for the entire human body. It works from the inside. When you take it and it is absorbed in the stomach, it begins to flow through the cellular tissues to promote better recovery of knees, bones, and skin.

This product also helps improve other organic systems such as gums or even the clarity of the eyes. This is because this molecule is part of most tissues in the human body.

What are the benefits of hyaluronic acid powder?

Once absorbed in the body, it improves the appearance of wrinkles. When the water molecules reach the hyaluronic acid powder, they bind to it. The hyaluronic molecular group grows, and the skin’s hydration level increases. Additionally, a plumping effect appears because there is an accumulation of intertwined substances.

From middle age onwards, we lose a lot of hydration, and this causes the skin to age. Since this product can absorb hundreds of times its weight in water, it acts as a water torrent to improve skin regeneration and correct wrinkles.

Better in capsules or tablets?

Hyaluronic acid powderThere is no difference in this regard. The only difference you may find is the form that is most comfortable for you. It is true that when taken diluted in a drink, it is much easier to digest and absorb by the body; the stomach doesn’t need to dissolve it, but once it disintegrates, it’s the same. Hyaluronic acid tablets are the same, only condensed, meaning it’s the hyaluronic powder pressed.

On the other hand, capsules contain the powder but are covered with a thin gelatinous film. These are loose particles but grouped into the doses you need to take.

Taking hyaluronic acid powder supplements and using creams

This can bring many benefits. Since taking it has a medium-term effect, it gradually improves the body, skin, and joint functions. If you’re concerned about wrinkles, you can combine the use of both products. On one hand, if you apply cream directly to the wrinkles on your face, you’ll notice immediate effects. Reduction of grooves and smoother skin. On the other hand, by administering the amount the body needs daily, you’ll encourage the natural hyaluronic acid to stimulate internal functions. This means that by providing the body with what it needs, it starts to produce natural collagen, synovial fluid, and other substances that depend on HA.

Contraindications

Side effects from the powder are very rare. However, if it’s your first time trying it, be cautious. The most sensible approach is to use a teaspoon and observe how you react. There are no known cases of allergies to pure hyaluronic acid, but when you buy a supplement, it often contains other ingredients. If you’re allergic to any of them, you may have a reaction.

With collagen

There are plenty of options available today, and you can choose from different flavors and scents. Available are Collmar marine collagen and Epaplus collagen with hyaluronic acid, which combine the power of HA with the proteins most abundant in the body.

With magnesium

Here, the mineral is also added, which plays a role in multiple enzymatic functions. It is related to energy production and metabolism. Adding it together helps improve collagen synthesis. One of these supplements is called Epaplus hyaluronic acid collagen magnesium. The name simply reflects its contents, and there is no complication.

Can a diabetic take it in powder form?

    • Marta Lerinde says:

It can alter blood sugar levels as it is a polysaccharide, a type of sugar. The endocrinologist can advise you on the dosage and whether it is necessary to increase or decrease your insulin treatment dosage.

Hello, my question is if I should take one teaspoon of hyaluronic acid per day + one teaspoon of Peptan collagen powder. I have been taking them in tablets for two years, and they have been very beneficial for my joints, but due to the high cost of the pills, it is more affordable to buy them individually in powder form at the pharmacy. Thank you, I look forward to your response. I am from Cordoba, Argentina.

Hello Dora, you can take hyaluronic acid in powder form without any issues. It is exactly the same but cheaper, which is an advantage. The only thing to note is that powdered collagen often has a fishy aftertaste, and some people don’t like it, but other than that, it has the same properties.
