Non-surgical buttock enhancement in Spain

The reasons why both men and women undergo a non-surgical buttock enhancement in Spain are very diverse. One of the most important factors is the passage of time, the natural aging that every human being undergoes, and another is aggressive diets and significant weight loss.

Let’s be honest. Observing how our drooping behind looks is not very pleasant, and it’s uncomfortable for the vast majority of people. The buttock lift and improvement of the thigh quality are possible thanks to non-surgical buttock enhancement techniques. For a few years now, there have been dermoesthetic products specifically designed for the buttocks and thighs, intended to provide a healthy appearance with non-permanent treatments that offer greater confidence. And of course, they are yielding extraordinary results.

non-surgical buttock enhancement

Currently, the trend in aesthetics is to move as far as possible toward non-surgical treatments, and in the case of buttock firming, there are thread lifts or Russian threads. But if what we really want is more volume with better curves, then it requires the use of hyaluronic acid in the buttocks or the use of a lipotransfer of fat, commonly known as buttock enhancement with fat. Both are techniques currently in use, but due to the large size of the area, it is usually recommended to use the body’s own fat, which we have in excess elsewhere. This is called killing two birds with one stone: liposuction and enhancement.

What are the advantages of non-surgical buttock enhancement?

Buttock enhancement before and after
The first and most obvious is avoiding the need for surgery. So, it also eliminates sutures, wounds, and tightness during healing. And what this leads to is not having marks after passing through the hands of the aesthetic doctor.

Another important factor is that the treatments for lifting the buttocks and improving the inner thigh area are outpatient and do not require admission or have a complicated postoperative period. The process usually lasts a few hours (at most), and after it’s done, you can go home. But don’t be fooled. You won’t be the same as if you hadn’t had a filler or skin tightening. It’s normal to experience some discomfort during the next 24–48 hours, and even redness, itching, and bruises may appear in the treated area, but nothing compared to traditional surgery.

Although buttock enhancement without surgery is a minimally invasive technique, it manipulates your body and introduces external substances, although dermatologically tested. It is reasonable to experience some discomfort during the first few days.

Opinion

It’s clear that the best way to lift the behind is always with a good diet and daily exercise focused on achieving these effects of having a wonderful backside, but honestly, I am convinced that it is not always possible to achieve our goals with these methods.

In cases where age has already made its appearance, it is impossible to undo the effects through exercise. It would take anyone years to notice improvements just by strengthening the gluteal muscles, and when it comes to the skin, it would never fully tighten again. If we could only use exercise, more than one person would end up with a chubby butt and saggy skin.

In people who have lost a lot of weight, something similar happens. They benefit from feeling better after losing a significant amount of fat, but they are uncomfortable due to the sagging in areas where volume once existed due to accumulated fat. After eliminating unwanted volume, sagging skin, hanging folds, and unwanted skin movement appear.

So, the best option in all cases is to combine the benefits of each technique. On one hand, many people can improve their buttocks, always in the hands of good specialists and aesthetic clinics specializing in these types of treatments, and on the other hand, add a bit of healthy exercise and a balanced diet to our daily routine. By combining these three components, we will quickly notice a bundle of beneficial effects. On one side, we fight against muscle aging, giving the body the necessary effort and load to be slimmer, have a better figure, and generate energizing substances for the body. On the other, we will provide the body with healthy elements through a balanced diet, free of saturated fats and full of fibers, vitamins, and natural sugars.

With a little effort, we will soon feel how the groin area and thighs strengthen, and the buttocks will become firmer. Remember. Exercise + good nutrition + buttock enhancement can make you enjoy the benefits of non-surgical treatments.

How long do hyaluronic acid injections in the buttocks last, and what are the negative effects? Thank you.

Hello, I would like to know if there are lumps and deformities in the first few days? How many days of recovery are needed, and how long should one wait before being able to have drinks and sit down?

I saw a program on TV, I’m not sure if it’s American, about cosmetic surgeries where they’ve invented a collagen that is injected and creates its own volume; it lasts for 5 years, but I don’t know how much it costs, and I don’t think it’s available here in Spain

To pay 4000 euros, I’d rather go through surgery; after all, what is attempted in a short time usually goes down, I think you’re overcharging with the price.

  6. Ingrid says:

Hello, how much does it cost to increase the size of my buttocks, going from a size 34 jeans to a 38?

    • Marta Lerinde says:

Hello Ingrid, well, it depends on the country where you want to have it done, but the price of buttock enhancement is approximately 3,000 – 4,000€. The technique used also influences the price, whether it’s non-surgical or with implants. It’s a fairly large area, so it’s expensive, and you need to see what will work best for each person depending on the shape of their buttocks.

It’s a real scam, after six months, you have nothing left. I’m speaking from experience. I had it done with Dr. Vicente del Pino. Whoever is willing to pay 9,000 euros every six months should go ahead. Best regards.

    • Marta Lerinde says:

The time frame you mention is too short for the buttock enhancement to have disappeared. Do you need to have any follow-up to maintain and improve the volume? In theory, it should be at a lower price, although I’m not familiar with the services you mentioned. It could be that you need an adjustment… but you are the one who knows your results best.

There are substances like hyaluronic acid that require a second follow-up, and fat lipotransfer to enhance the buttocks should last much longer. In fact, autologous fat is reabsorbed, but only a part of it, the rest stays there, or at least, that’s how it should be.

Juan, it’s a shame that the results were not as expected.

Hello, I would like to request information about buttock enhancement with hyaluronic acid, the side effects… approximate price. Thank you.

    • Marta Lerinde says:

For the buttocks, techniques to fill and lift the gluteus are being performed, such as fat transfer, thread lifts… this area is larger than others and usually requires some extra processes. The price is approximately around 2,500 – 3,000 €.

  9. Shayra says:

I would like to know where this type of buttock enhancement is done and what the price is.

    • Marta Lerinde says:

Hello Shayra, non-surgical buttock enhancement is done in aesthetic clinics. The price varies depending on the type of technique and the goals you want to achieve. It also depends on each person’s own physiology.
